Ima Ridho Wati (11213196), SILTrack Information System Audit (Tracking Vehicle) Using COBIT 2019 at PT. Seino Indomobil Logistics.

Transportation and technology are two elements that cannot be separated today. These elements go hand in hand with the times. PT Seino Indomobil Logistics is a company engaged in logistics and has implemented information technology in carrying out its operational activities, one of which is the SILTrack application. This application helps its users to monitor the units/fleets owned by the company. The SILTrack application has never been audited to determine its effectiveness, whether it is running in accordance with the business processes of PT Seino Indomobil Logistics, so as to be able to reduce losses that occur in quite large amounts. COBIT 2019 can be used as a reference for the audit process in this study and can determine the domains that must be assessed for maturity, so that companies can find out what needs to be improved in implementing information systems. The results showed that the subdomains that had to be audited were EDM01, EDM03, APO09, APO12, APO13, DSS05, DSS06 and MEA03. With an average maturity level of 2.8 and at level 3 (define-process), which means that the application of information systems at PT Seino Indomobil Logistics already describes the company's goals and has standardized processes that apply throughout the scope of the company to achieve goals . While the results of the gap analysis (GAP) obtained an average gap value of 1.2 from the expected maturity level of 4. This illustrates that PT Seino Indomobil Logistics needs to improve IT Governance & Management in order to achieve the Company's goals.
